    2. Appointment Setting: Coordinate and schedule appointments for sales teams with potential and existing clients. Efficiently manage calendars and ensure that appointments are set up in a timely manner to optimize sales opportunities.


    3. Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain customer information into our database systems. Ensure that all relevant details are updated and organized for easy access by sales teams and other departments as needed.


    4. Correspondence Management: Prepare and send correspondence, including emails, letters, and other communications, to clients on behalf of the sales teams. Ensure that all correspondence is professional, timely, and tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.


    5. Customer Relations Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and requests. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through personalized interactions and attentive service.


    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or project management roles preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
    • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in managing data and correspondence.
    • Proficiency in computer applications, including database management software and Microsoft Office suite.
